The primary user on your account used to login to your client portal at https://www.elive.me is not editable.

This is deliberate, to protect your account from malicious users.

If someone other than you got access to your account, and were able to update that address, you could get locked out, and that malicious user would be able to open support requests, or make changes to your account, without you knowing.

Should you need to change the email associated with your primary user, please email us at support@elive.net , and we will verify the request with you directly, and then make the update for you.
